Rural Hall 5K & 10K Sponsorship Form

Event Date: October 23, 2021

• Any area business may sponsor the run (you do not have to be a member of the Rural Hall Area Business Association). Sponsorship will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis; and there is limited availability. All race profits over expenses will be given to Rural Hall Elementary School and since runner registration fees always cover the race expenses, 100% of your donation will go to the school. Not many fundraisers can promise you that! 

• Sponsorship is offered at 4 levels:

  • Platinum $1,000 – Includes large size business name and logo on back of t-shirt, name in brochures, option to place a banner on the start/finish line, and option to set up a trade booth on race day. Priority placement on all advertising & t-shirts!

  • Gold $500 – Includes medium size business name and logo on back of t-shirt, name in brochures, option to place a banner on the grass near the start/finish line, and the option to set up a trade booth on race day!

  • Silver $250 – Includes small business name and logo on back of t-shirt, name in brochures, and option to place a banner at the final stretch of the race leading up to the start/finish line, and the option to set up a trade booth on race day!

  • Bronze $100, $150, or $200 – Includes text only name on back of t-shirt and name in brochures. Names will be listed in the order of larger donations first and then alphabetically. Donation amounts will also display on some publications and online.

• We are asking for sponsorship commitments by Sept 1^st if possible.

• Please make check or money order payable to RHABA and mail to: Steve Hill,       PO Box 280, Rural Hall, NC 27045-0280 by October 1st (or if it has to come from your employer, at least by race date or before) with this completed form
